MD Think

As a subcontractor to Turning Point Global Solutions under the Maryland CATS contract vehicle, Technuf supports the Department of Human Services (DHS) at the State of Maryland in building the Maryland Total Human-services Integrated Network (MD THINK) through a set of modernization activities and platform. MD THINK is an innovative and intuitive technology that will transform the state’s ability to deliver. The scope of this program includes, but is no limited to:

  • Providing ongoing cloud infrastructure, system development and maintenance support including building new systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues in Open systems using Component-based software and CASE tools as needed.
  • Analyzing and documenting complex system requirements.
  • Designing software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and managing their implementation.
  • Interpreting software requirements, designing specifications to code, managing software development and support (using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and other accepted design techniques and tools), and integrating and testing software components.
  • Estimating software development effort and schedules.
  • Reviewing existing programs and assisting in making refinements, performance improvements, and improving current techniques.
  • Estimating and tracking software quality attributes.
  • Engaging in the full life cycle of a software system development.
  • Providing process definition and reengineering.
  • Requirements management (project planning, quality assurance, project tracking and oversight, organizational process focus).

This streamlined procurement process under the FAA is a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) program offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour, and others as appropriate. OASIS+

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multiple-award contracts designed to support federal agencies' procurement requirements for services-based solutions. Structured as a collection of indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts, OASIS+ carries a five-year base period with a five-year option, extending the cumulative ordering period up to 10 years. It is available to federal agencies holding a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA), as well as certain authorized entities such as tribal organizations and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). Because GSA holds specific statutory authority under 40 U.S.C. 501 to acquire supplies and non-personal services on behalf of other agencies, orders and BPAs issued against OASIS+ are treated as Interagency Acquisitions and are not subject to the Economy Act.

The Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract vehicle issued by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to support the agency's mission of developing and fielding a multi-domain system to detect, track, intercept, and defeat ballistic, hypersonic, cruise missile, and other advanced aerial threats to the U.S. homeland, deployed forces, allies, and partners across all phases of flight. SHIELD spans both classified and unclassified efforts across the Department of Defense, with a period of performance of up to 10 years and a maximum program ceiling of approximately $151 billion. As a SHIELD awardee, Technuf brings its proven engineering, cybersecurity, and mission-critical IT expertise to support MDA's layered missile defense priorities.

SeaPort Next Gen (NxG)

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) is the Department of the Navy's mandatory Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for the procurement of engineering and program management support services. Established by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as the follow-on to SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e), the vehicle features a five-year base period with a five-year option and is used by Navy and Marine Corps commands and ordering offices to competitively award task orders through the web-based SeaPort portal. Its scope covers a broad range of engineering functional areas — including engineering support, research and development, and software engineering — as well as program management support such as financial analysis, quality assurance, and computer systems analysis. Through SeaPort-NxG, Technuf delivers highly skilled subject matter experts and best-in-class technical services in support of the Navy's mission.

PEI HBCU IDIQ

The Path to Excellence and Innovation (PEI) HBCU Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is a multiple-award contract vehicle administered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Small Business Program Office. Established under Executive Order 14041, "Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity Through Historically Black Colleges and Universities," and pursuant to the HBCU Partners Act, the PEI Initiative is designed to strengthen the capacity of Historically Black Colleges and Universities to compete for, win, and manage federal contracts. NIH is the first federal agency to award multiple small business set-aside IDIQ contracts of this kind, expanding research and technology development opportunities for HBCUs. The vehicle provides services to the NIH's 27 Institutes and Centers across scope areas that include biomedical research and development, business and professional support services, laboratory services and products, and public health outreach and communications.
